At Inspirations, services are available to children, from birth to three years old based on eligibility, which is determined at the developmental evaluation. The child may be eligible if he/she has:
- A Developmental Delay or Disability
- An Established Medical Condition
- Medical Risk Factors
- Environmental Risk Factors
Children may be referred by their family, their physician, a human services agency, a children's services agency, another health care provider, or a day care provider, among others. All services are offered only with the consent of the family or legal guardians. Parent have a choice of location to receive services including, home, childcare, community locations, office, or via telehealth.

- Comprehensive Developmental Evaluations
- Feeding and Nutritional Guidance
- Infant Massage
- Neurodevelopmental Treatment
- Occupational Therapy
- Physical Therapy
- Sensory Integration Services
- Family Service Coordination
